National Human Services Assembly

PolicySource

As a membership association of national human service providers, the National Assembly tracks a diverse range of public policy issues. In doing so, we recognized the need for a common resource to collect, track, and communicate information about salient policy issues so human service organizations can collaborate and more effectively engage with policymakers.

The National Assembly launched PolicySource, a database to map comprehensively and share information related to federal public policy issues impacting the sector. Our goal is for PolicySource to act as a resource for organizations interested in a wide range of issues to quickly learn about federal policy initiatives and connect them with the organizations or coalitions that are currently leading the related advocacy campaigns. We envision PolicySource being a collaborative tool that can be used to link to your issues and other organization’s issue, and over time can highlight your top priorities on the issue area(s) most important to you. The database tracks issues in that impact five categories: youth, families, people with disabilities, older adults, and the human services sector more generally.
